Bayside - Fairfield Bay

We dined for the first time in Bayside and will definitely return! The service was outstanding, thanks to our waiter, Zane, and the manager, Deb. We started with the Salmon Dip appetizer, followed by the seafood soup, and shared the Ozarka fried fish with Fritten and coleslaw. The restaurant boasts a full bar and wine selection, along with an impressive dessert menu.

First and foremost, the restaurant takes COVID-19 safety seriously. The staff takes all necessary precautions, from wearing masks and gloves to sanitizing every surface after each use. Their dedication to customer safety is evident and shows that they genuinely prioritize their patrons' well-being. Now, regarding the atmosphere: it was ideal for a long-overdue date with my wife. The tables were perfectly spaced to allow us to enjoy each other's company without feeling cramped, yet close enough to share intimate moments. The lighting was just right, and the decor created a warm, inviting ambiance. The service exceeded all expectations. We've all experienced how poor service can ruin a good meal, but our server, Zayne, was exceptional. He demonstrated pride and attentiveness in every aspect of his job. A quick glance around the restaurant confirmed he treated every guest with the same level of care. Zayne focused on the small details that enhance a dining experience, which we truly appreciated. Notably, he even managed to turn around two somewhat difficult customers, showcasing his commitment to customer satisfaction. The service was prompt and attentive without making us feel rushed to finish our meal. Now, on to the food—absolutely fantastic! My Ribeye steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and seasoned just right, topped with freshly roasted onions. My wife's lasagna was bursting with flavor, and our dessert—a rich, almost fluffy chocolate cheesecake—was the perfect finale to our meal. We enjoyed the house Cabernet Sauvignon, which paired beautifully with our dishes. This restaurant should definitely be on your must-visit list when you're in the area. It's perfect for couples or larger groups and even offers outdoor seating so you can enjoy the fresh mountain air while you dine. My wife and I will undoubtedly return, confident that our next experience will surpass the high standards set this time!

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The ambiance was perfect for a Date Night. Our server was attentive and took great care of us. Although the salad bar was small, it offered a variety of options and everything was clean and fresh. The food was beautifully presented. I can confidently say this was the best meal I've had, even compared to those in much larger cities.

Our experience in Bayside was about phenomenal. The service was excellent. Zayne was a big server. Steak was the best I ever had. The lasagna was also amazing. The cheesecake was the cherry on the experience. If you go to Bayside, ask Zayne as your server. They won't be disappointed. Better than Ruth's Chris, in my opinion.

We have eaten at the Bayside a number of times and we never had a bad meal. The food, service and atmosphere are all excellent. If you like tuna steaks you will love theirs, moist, tender and cooked your way. Steaks are wonderful as is their Prime Rib. And one last thing, the beer selection is great with good prices. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
