I was told this by some of... read more Their bubble tea is delish BUT apparently management takes tips from employees and pockets it themselves, which I believe is illegal. I was told this by some of the employees, don't believe they have any reason to lie. I have frequented this place for years and probably tipped hundreds possibly over $1000 in tips over the last few years (I get bubble tea very often), so I am very upset about this. I have friends who work at Starbucks, Dunkin, and other similar beverage establishments, and they all share the tips amongst employees as per Federal law. I will now be boycotting this place

I took out a star because every time I go, they're slowwww... idk if they're busy and understaffed but now I make sure I'm not in rush for anything when I stop by here. I usually order the mango green tea with boba. I tried a few other drinks I didn't like so much. So I'm trying to stay at the mango green tea. but sometimes it doesn't taste so great.

The management at this Sharetea location is unjust and greedy. They should prioritize supporting their staff instead. It is concerning that all tips in the tip... read more The management at this Sharetea location is unjust and greedy. They should prioritize supporting their staff instead. It is concerning that all tips in the tip jar go directly to the owners, with none being distributed to the workers. It is clear that the workers are not happy about this arrangement, but they feel powerless to speak up against it. Additionally, there are no breaks provided for the workers as required by law. This unfair work environment has been going on for years and should not be supported. It is recommended that this location be closed or taken over by different owners.

The employees... read more This restaurant is awful, do not come here. The owners take the tips from their coworkers at the end of the day and none of them get to keep them. The employees don't even get a break. I've been here studying and haven't seen them take a break. The place is clearly not busy and the workers are being cheated out of their deserved tips. If possible, they should give the tips directly to the employees instead of into a tip jar. I feel terrible for the workers. If I could, I wouldn't even give this place a 1-star rating.
