Conveniently located next to a movie theater, it's a great place to have lunch or dinner before catching a film, or to discuss the movie over Danishes and coffee afterwards. Despite a shortage of staff during my visit, my meal was served quickly and efficiently. However, in the end, Panera hasn't changed much in the past 20 years.

Firstly, it's conveniently located near my job, making it easy for me to grab some delicious and healthy food. Tonight, I knew exactly what I wanted before I even walked in - the Mediterranean chicken bowl. With only 640 calories, this bowl never fails to satisfy my hunger and taste buds. The restaurant was bustling around 8pm, with about 10 groups of people enjoying their meals. I decided to order my food to go, which was ready in less than five minutes. Ordering online would have been more convenient, but it didn't make much of a difference because the service was quick and efficient. This restaurant always delivers, and I can't get enough of it!

One thing that... read more My second time visiting, friendly environment and very thankful to Elsa. She was attentive, kind, and very helpful to choose food from the menu. One thing that I observed of the store, cleanness...starting main floor...ending in bathroom. I think, both, need to be improved. Overall, experience was great!

Placed an order through the app for pick up, picked u... read more Pick up order was incorrect I had to drive back to the store to have it fixed which is quite inconvenient. Placed an order through the app for pick up, picked up the order and began to drive home, checked the bag and realized that they?d given me acup of soup rather than a bowl as I?d ordered, which is a significant difference in size and cost. The manager on duty offeredme an extra cup of soup to match the bowl size, and as to not waste the current incorrect size that I was given. Whileretrieving the soup, another associate/manager mentioned to me that it?s been quite the issue among their staff, giving theincorrect soup size, and she herself had been given an incorrect order. When the manager returned with my soup, she suggestedthat they give me a gift card or comp my soup for the trouble of having to return after I?d already picked up my order anddriven halfway home. The manager said, ?I?m giving her an additional cup of soup, which is slightly more than the combinedbowl.? To me, that is terrible customer minded service and retention. I didn?t expect a gift card or to have the order comped,but I was disappointed in the response. I shouldn?t of had to double check my order and drive back to the restaurant to have myorder put right. Out of courtesy to me and to retain a client, the manager should have offered a free pastry, $5 gift card, orcomped the soup.
