When a hot girl come in, they make it real fast for the girl, but others, take 20-30minutes just for one drink to be served. Very unprofessional. Oh, additional information; there were few donuts that I paid,missing from the order I received. Such incompetence store

The floor is sticky and there is a general lack of care. The coffee shop next door is much nicer.

I understand that many businesses are struggling with staffing issues right now, but they need a better system to assist their customers. If the mobile app is too much to handle, they should consider disabling it. While I was there, I noticed a pile of tickets that the manager or supervisor was selecting from at random. When I inquired about my order, the manager seemed annoyed and told me to meet him by the donuts while he finished another order, which I tried to be patient about. However, when I asked why it was taking over 20 minutes, he ignored me and dismissively threw his hands up as if he didn't care. I won’t be returning to this location again.

When I received my order, I asked the young man if they had ketchup, and he replied, "Yeah." Clearly, my question meant I wanted some ketchup. After his response, I asked if I could have some, and he reached into a box and handed me only two packets. I had ordered three sandwiches and hash browns, so I don’t understand why he thought two packets would be sufficient. It's not like it's coming out of his paycheck, so why be so stingy?

However, Dunkin' offers a fan... read more Service at Dunkin' can be inconsistent. At times, it's excellent, while other visits leave me wishing I'd chosen a different spot. However, Dunkin' offers a fantastic coffee formula that brings me back. I think I'll explore other locations in the area to see how their menu compares.
