The lobster bisque soup was served with a film on the top from sitting but overall had a good flavor. The crispy Brusselssprouts were so delicious. The loaded tater tots were ok. I think the experience could have been better had everything beenserved hot and in a timely manner. It took over an hour to get our appetizers and they served them without silverware, napkinsor plates. Didn't want to send anything back because it had already taken so long to recieve. The food wasn't bad, but it couldhave been better had it been hot.

In my opinion, everything was much better than I was ready for. The crab cakes were some of the best I?ve had even after living onboth the east and west coast. They were cooked well not slimy, not dry and were well seasoned and fairly portioned. Leavingvery happy about the experience.

At 6:45 I asked the man behind the bar if anyone would serve us and he said she is right there. At 6:55 still no one even greeted us. We left and ateacross the parking lot at Texas de Brazil.

Overall, I believe the experience could have been improved if everything had been served hot and promptly. It took over an hour to receive our appetizers, and they were brought out without any utensils.

Despite having reservations for 6:30, we waited until 6:45 without being served. When we asked the man at the bar, he pointed to the waitress but we still weren't attended to by 6:55. In the end, we decided to leave and eat at Texas de Brazil across the parking lot.
