The supposed general manager, Beth, informed me that the large thin crust pizza does not come with garlic sauce. She insisted repeatedly that I had to pay 58 cents (including tax) for a garlic sauce. In all my years of ordering, I have never had to pay for it as it was always included. To make matters worse, she said I had to pay 10 cents for each package of special seasoning, a fee I’ve never encountered before. After this experience, I’ve decided this will be my last visit to Papa John's. They seem to be nickel-and-diming for everything now. I used to enjoy the pizzas and the garlic sauce, but that’s no longer the case! You’ve lost a customer, Beth—hope the back-and-forth over a 58 cent sauce was worth it. And by the way, the pizza itself wasn't great either; it’s likely the garlic sauce that usually enhances the flavor.
They charge for each individual packet of red pepper and Parmesan, while the pizza place next door and Pizza Hut provide a whole bag of condiments for free. Not impressed.
Great Papa Johns franchise. Clean and fast friendly service.
This spot never disappoints. They have good food for reasonable rates, there are no long waits even when the place is packed.
