Instead, the wings were drenched in lemon pepper sauce and butter. The fries were undercooked, and while the Philly cheesesteak was okay, it didn't stand out.

Rather than remaking my order, the manager just placed hot fries on top of the cold ones... read more The cashier touched the fries and informed the manager about the issue. Rather than remaking my order, the manager just placed hot fries on top of the cold ones, and the cashier handed them back to me, expecting me to accept it. This was completely unacceptable! Both the cashier and I had touched the fries, and I couldn’t understand why they thought I would take them back. I’ve never had a problem here before, but this experience left me frustrated and confused. I will definitely think twice before coming back to this place.
