What User doesn't like about Tik's Thai Express Llc:
Tonight my son and I came in to eat around 5pm. We’ve eaten here quite often, however mainly at lunch. There were only approximately 6 other people dining in and there were 2 waitresses. Our waitress never came back to our table for refills or to see if we needed boxes, etc. I tried to get her attention several times in which I was ignored and I finally had to go up to the counter to request boxes and our check. I had a wonderful experience on my first visit to Tik's Thai Express. I was recommended this restaurant by a friend and decided to bring my wife and oldest daughter along for a lunch with my retired coworkers. I ordered the Thai Orange Chicken and was pleased with the delicious taste and seasoning. Despite not everyone being familiar with Thai cuisine, everyone in my group seemed comfortable with their food choices. All seven of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The owner, Ms. Tik, came out of the kitchen to greet us and offered to adjust the seasoning if needed. Our waitress, Ms. Alissa, was very attentive and courteous, always ready to assist us quickly. The service we received made us feel valued and important. This restaurant is now one of my top favorites. The location is convenient, with parking near the Nutter Center Arena and Wright State University on Colonel Glenn Highway. Additionally, it is only a short two-minute drive to the Fairfield Commons Mall and various shopping options on Fairfield Road. I also noticed wheelchair accessibility with a ramp near the restaurant entrance.
The food and ambiance were excellent, but I personally prefer table service over having to order at the counter and pick up my own food. When I'm spending $40 to $50 for lunch for two people, I expect a higher level of service. Service: Table service Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50
I recently ordered take-out from this restaurant for lunch and highly recommend trying their Crab Fried Rice.
