Avoiding accountability and not letting her get a word in edgewise to explain that Signature subs are clearly labeled as excluded until he got his way. Then also making part of his review 2 stars to avoid it being taken down by Google.

When asked how they're aloud to do that, the employee stated something along the lines of mark ups and overhead. Not the employees fault obviously but the owner should be ashamed for buying into a franchise and not fulfilling their regulations.

The young woman who prepared my sandwiches didn't change her gloves at all while making them. I have an allergy to onions, and she had just handled onions before making my sub without switching gloves. As a result, I ended up needing to go to the hospital. The vegetables were definitely not fresh, and the meat was undercooked. Overall, I would not return to this location.
