Papa Johns Pizza - Fairborn

I’d give 0 stars if possible. I ordered for delivery, the building and address was listed in the notes and I have a screen shot. The delivery driver that came out was really rude, saying he had to go around my complex door to door asking who ordered and that it was my fault the details weren’t there. I called the store and talked to the manager Eddie, who literally argued with me on the phone saying the apartment number wasn’t filled out. It’s not my issue if their computer system doesn’t allow the amount of characters I typed in. He procedure to argue and say I was being rude so he wasn’t going to continue the conversation and wouldn’t get a different manager. Eddie was very rude and would not provide a solution. I called corporate and filed a formal complaint, to which they took down the information and told me someone would be in contact. Don’t order for delivery if you want decent service :

Very friendly staff and made my order perfectly. Took a little extra time but was well worth the wait.

The issue I saw was the cashier handled money then jumped right in and handled dough and made a pizza. So unsanitary. I did not see him wash his hands!

Say it with me… Better ingredients, better pizza. The service I received from the manager Austin and his team was out of this world. The way he handled me and made sure my pizza was hot, fresh and delivered was phenomenal. He was so kind and completely understanding and made my experience great. I’ll be back to see Austin.

I have and conformation email, an order number, it shows the correct store and my bank has been charged. They can't find my order.
