To service the public your workers have to be in the store. Don't ignore your customers. Probably not a good idea to bring your baby to work at a restaurant. We'll drive to another KFC rather than deal with this again.

Absolutely awful customer service. The manager there treat her customers like dirt. I went through drive thru and she greeted me by saying you will have to wait, I 'm busy and after I ordered she told me that my order was to long, when I only ordered a popcorn chicken combo! They never have business, I 'm shocked they are still open.

Overall the food tasted great. Maybe the Nashville hot sandwich is just of course creepy, but I felt like it was exaggerated. The lower bungalow was softened with the sauce (fat? That was a challenge to eat. Everything was still great! The frits were hot, Coleslaw was as good as ever. The sandwich was only exceptionally unordered. Was able to work it with a large stack of napkins.

Don't waste your time at this restaurant. I had a terrible experience there this evening. They were out of nearly everything around 4 PM, so I had to make substitutions. When I looked in the bag while driving away, I noticed they had forgotten the fries I ordered. I went back inside and informed them of the missing item. I had specifically asked for two orders of fries and had even repeated my request, but when I returned to the counter, they claimed they had only processed one order. I did eventually receive one order of fries, but I decided to give up fighting for the second one so my food wouldn't get any colder. To make matters worse, when I got home, I found that my entire order was incomplete, and they had also forgotten the chicken I ordered for my son. I was frustrated and called them back, but instead of addressing my concerns, they wanted me to drive back four miles to retrieve the rest of my order. They hung up on me, likely because I was upset and raising my voice. In the end, I decided to contact KFC Corporate. I recommend going to the KFC across from Fairfield Mall instead; it’s much better, faster, and the staff there are more courteous.

When we received the high chair for my son, it was obvious that it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Fortunately, we had brought some extra wipes with us for situations like this. When our order arrived, it was incorrect, and the staff reacted with a noticeable attitude when we brought it to their attention. As we were leaving, my mom asked for to-go boxes, but the employees continued their tasks without acknowledging her request. She waited at the counter for a while before eventually giving up, and we decided to leave. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but a simple acknowledgment or a "We'll be right with you" can make a huge difference. I don't think we'll be coming back.
