Half way through our order the lady who is taking our order says “You are ordering way to much food!” Me and my father are quite shocked of course cause our meals have been no problem before at this establishment. So we just pulled away and went somewhere else. Very rude and will not be going back

I've encountered lazy staff before, but this is absurd! Every time I go to order, the employees respond with loud grunts and clearly dislike moving. Today, I ordered online for pickup, walked in to collect it, and was told I’d have to return home and request a refund because they were out of cooked chicken. The night manager explained that the person responsible for cooking chicken didn’t show up. I even saw another worker standing there, but instead of cooking, they both just stood behind the counter informing customers that no chicken was being prepared. No chicken. At a chicken restaurant.

The manager refused to prepare more at 7:28 PM, even though they close at 10. If they’re unwilling to do their job, why even come in? They seriously need to improve! Corporate should address this problem because no chicken means no customers!
