amazingly tasty eating and an absolute joy in the opposite! this place is a jewel. try the lump, pancite, curry or adobo chicken or the spicy bark! everything is very tasteful and obviously cooked with intention of the beautiful ladies who work here. What User doesn't like about Kawali Filipino Cuisine:
I went to this place 3 times.First time, no problem. The food was decent and cheap.Second time, I waited at the counter for a good ten minutes.Third time, I sat and waited for at least twenty minutes and left when someone who had just walked in got served ahead of me.I don't know why the owner refuses to serve me but I know I'm not wanted.Good luck getting service if you aren't already a regular. The ladies are very sweet and helpful and the food was absolutely DELICIOUS! This was my first time and I will definitely be back!
Food was good, I just kept on pointing to food it all looked so good
Let me just say that I'm happy that I visited here. As much as I can, I will support filipino owned businesses here in USA. I ordered (Beef Caldereta, Giniling, Pansit and Halo-Halo) 2 cups of rice and free 2 cups of sinigang soup was given to us (included in the order). We ended up with 45) bill tip and tac included. We were the only one there inside the restaurant during that time. It was quiet and I like the karinderya feel to it. Would definitely recommend this place. And if I may say, the pansit needs a bit of upgrade (more taste and ingredients) pls..
