Arby's - Fairborn

We just arrived at the restaurant. The wait was a bit long because the man taking our orders informed us that there were only two people working. He was friendly and courteous. Our sandwiches and fries were fresh and well-prepared. The staff's hard work was evident, especially considering the large number of customers in the drive-thru line. Whatever they are paid, it's not enough for the great job they do.

I always enjoy going to Arby's because they have excellent customer service and delicious food. Recently, I was pleasantly surprised when the staff was not only friendly but also participated in a children's hunger donations campaign. This made me smile and the food was hot and fresh, making me feel special. Overall, I had a great experience at Arby's.

The woman who worked in the window tonight at 6:00 was the sweetest person. She was so friendly that everyone went through the line and made sure that things were moving. My order is always correct and delicious.

I have to rethink the SERVICE, RESPECT, and PROFESSIONALISM here. Carolyn, the manager, does everything from cooking to cashier to sales to ordering - she does it all! I am extremely pleased with this. Shout out to Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Let's show Mrs. C some love!
