The Local - Fairbanks

During our week in Fairbanks, we dined here before our flight home, and it turned out to be one of the best meals of our trip. The food was incredibly fresh. I ordered the turkey sandwich with pub chips, while my fiancée enjoyed the pepperoni flatbread pizza. Both dishes were delicious! Our waiter was also the bartender, but despite the busy bar, the service we received was outstanding. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve never had such a fantastic experience at an airport bar before. Karl at the local bar made everything so incredible and enjoyable that I completely lost track of time while waiting for my flight. If I ever find myself passing through again, I will definitely seek him out!

The service was friendly, and the dirty chips made for a pleasant starter.

I was told I could order from the table. was handed over 5 times by the server that was emptied at a point by tabs that had people (not empty tabs and his was 10m as writing). to save is the mice person who worked on the bar that a daring good long island. server noticed me at this point to tell me that I ordered on the wrong side of the bar. thank you for finally recognizing my existence.

Waitress was great. Food was OK, bar service was rough and mixed drinks were garbage. Old fashioned tasted like toilet water.
