I absolutely love her cheese steak with a pepper jacket, along with all the sweet and chipotle sauce. It's become a habit for me! The food is consistently delicious and fresh, which is hard to find. The staff handled a challenging customer with such skill that hardly anyone even noticed – kudos to them! Great job! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
To make matters worse, two of the staff members decided to clean up behind the counter, but one ended up at a high counter near the sandwich station, chatting loudly with the other. As I mentioned, I usually love coming here, and my previous experiences have been great. Unfortunately, this time was not the best. View all feedback.
I used the online order in the hope to save a little time. but when I picked up the sandwiches, it wasn't clear whether I should stay in touch with all the other sandwich orders or just go to the cash register. the personal was not necessarily helpful, but think it should be included by asking if someone is there to pick up an online and paid order. when I waited for all the other sandwiches in the line, my sandwiches were ready, but the chips I chose were not and drinks were not. perhaps it was supervised that these things were selected and ready to go. In summary, I like the idea, but I thought it would save time and not.
No personal wore masks. I will not eat here until this changes, they must protect their customers from an infected hired.
While I normally love eating a subway, I did not have a great experience this time. The employees were friendly but with only one person in line ahead of me it still took 10 mins before I was helped because three of the four employees on staff were messing around in the back. While making the sandwich for the customer in front of me who had hot bacon on his sandwich, the employee accidentally dumped it in the tomatoes and just laughed it off. I do not eat meat so this is an issue to have what the employee called the bacon flavored tomatoes . Then two of the employees decided to come out from behind the counter to clean but one ended up jumping up and sitting on the high counter near the sub station and loudly joked around with the other. Like I said I normally love coming here and the long time employee that was there was great to me. But man, not the best experience this time.
Received what ordered. Not busy at restaurant. Noticed co-worker who doing all work perturbed when co-worker needed to bounce to holiday gad station.
