Had a great experience after a difficult morning. The AM supervisor made my day and a great drink. Even had me convinced to try the cold brew with white mocha next time. I'm glad I waited until I got to the airport to get my morning fix. A wonderful Starbucks and a great, smiling crew. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I ordered a Mocha-Frap and panini, my order was taken and I moved into the window. the barista in the inner had her headset on hands free mode and used it to talk among her partners while she gave me my job. She didn't greet me at all, she hesitated to tell me the price of my order. I have been to many places, and Google seems to think I am here, but I am not. However, the atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant enough.
I had previously seen some reviews mentioning that this restaurant opens at 5 o'clock. I arrived at 8:40am and was disappointed to find that they do not serve coffee.
I purchased a flight ticket online for 5:05pm and arrived at the restaurant at 5:00pm as advertised. However, the worker informed me that they do not open until 5:30pm because she was waiting for three other workers to arrive. Needless to say, I did not have the opportunity to enjoy coffee or snacks before my flight.
I ordered a mocha frap and panini, my order was taken and I moved to the window. The barista inside had her headset on hands free mode and was using it to talk amongst her partners while she handed me my order. She did not greet me at all, She hesitated to tell me the price of my order. I have been a Starbucks barista for 4 years and I have never experienced such a poorly run store. Every drink handed out is made wrong, I had double mocha in my mocha frap, cold bar gets 1/2 pumps… I got full pumps. I could not drink it, I got 2 shots of espresso in it and it still tasted like I was drinking mocha sauce through a straw. Starbucks stands for customer connections and consistentcy. I got neither of those things. I absolutely hate coming to this store, this was the last straw. Please do better.

I have full pumping. I couldn't drink it, I got 2 bowls of espresso in it, and it still tasted like I'd drink mocha sauce through a straw. dieucks stands for customer connections and consistency. I have nothing of these things. I hate to come in these, that was the last stray, please do it better.
