In July 2017, we stumbled upon a large Indian restaurant in Fairbanks, which was quite unexpected. We were only in town for a day when we discovered this place offering Indian cuisine. The owner was incredibly patient as we made our selections and adjustments over the phone, as we had an order for 12 people. He prepared some truly delicious food for us. We even packed a few items to take along for the next day's journey to Busali. The aloo paratha was exceptional, and both the Bombay potato curry and chicken dishes were delightful as well. I highly recommend giving their food a try, and supporting this restaurant will help them continue to thrive in our small community.

The samosas are excellent! Truly fantastic. My mom loves the taco pizza. I enjoyed everything I sampled. The staff is really friendly as well.
