Pita Grube is an outstanding restaurant that offers excellent customer service and truly prioritizes the needs of its patrons. Their food is exceptionally well prepared, and they are very accommodating when it comes to food allergies, making sure to address any concerns as long as you speak up. My personal favorite at Pita Grube is their mango smoothies! I would wholeheartedly recommend Pita Grube to anyone. View all feedback.

What really disappointed me was when I opened my order and found hardly any food inside. I had ordered a quinoa bowl, but there was barely anything in it, and I had requested avocado, which wasn't included at all. I ended up spending my entire lunch break waiting for this meal, only to be left hungry with no time to get anything else. I was really let down by this experience. View all feedback.
Your door sign and your website both say you close at 8pm. It’s very frustrating to drive to your business on a Friday night at 7:10 with dinner plans, and find you are closed! Please do a better job at posting your hours, to avoid disappointing your customers. We enjoy your food, but are very frustrated this evening.
This review is specifically in Fairbanks, AK branch in Merhar Ave I didn’t eat The food because of lack of cleanliness and proper food handling. First of all, the worker wasn’t wearing uniform or apron. He was using the same disposable gloves to prepare the food and for cash register. He dragged the pita on the counter without the food wrapping paper underneath. It’s already touching his clothes while rolling the pita. Seriously, how did this branch pass the food inspection? If you’re buying food from Subway you’ll see how they’ve been trained to change their gloves and put food wrapping paper and not just dragging it in the counter. It’s so disgusting!
This place is never open we wanted to try it but they are never open which is a complete waste of time to drive to since we live a few hours north of Fairbanks it's really confusing because there website says there open Google maps says it's open but they are actually closed with zero explanation on why they are closed which gets me to wonder did they go out of business or something hmm
I was extremely disappointed during my last (and final) visit to Pita Pit. I ordered a particular Pita and received something totally different. The Pitas were poorly made and fell apart completely after the first few bites. Not only that but I was VERY sick that night which was more than likely food poisoning as my kiddos who also had a poorly made pita were sick as well. The employees were very nice but their professionalism and knowledge of making the food in general, was lacking. I think this particular location could benefit from improved employee training and maybe effective managerial oversight. Perhaps cleanliness of the food prep stations should also be properly observed. Honestly, I really struggled with giving this review even one star.
Today, I decided to order again, hoping for more amazing pitas—one for dinner and one for lunch tomorrow. I don’t like romaine lettuce at all, so I specifically ordered iceberg on both pitas with three different sauces. Instead, I received romaine with no sauce. I'm really disappointed, especially since this is the only pita place in town.
