fairbanks does not have much in the type of vegan options. but it seems to burst into the sewn with Thai restaurants. Unfortunately, in the last two weeks we did not make it very good. this place is a godsend. good portions (esp for traveling), delivery, vegan friendly. is a bit expensive, but so everything else is in ak.
