I drove out from Fairbanks on Saturday to try Fools, and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Outlaw special, which came with three different small tribes. I really enjoyed the shredded bark the most, but all of them were fantastic. One tip: make sure to get there early, as they tend to sell out quickly. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner and the cook, a lovely person named Cylle. I will definitely be back! View all feedback.
So I broke into this place a month ago and I kind of didn't get the fools up and dance. at this point frightened, but then the fools start hitting me so that I fight back and eat one, but then they knock me down and take me like $5 from me and then fall dead like nothing happened. 0/10 would not be robbed again, but 5 stars because tribes are good
Looking for authentic tamales? This is the place. Take it from a Mexican who grew up making tamales in South Texas. These are the best tamales I’ve had outside of my mom’s house. This lady (owner) puts a lot of heart and authentic flavor. The salsa is also amazing. Her bright and warm spirit makes you feel “en casa” (home).
Tried these tamales last year while visiting Fairbanks, planning on flying in for a weekend this fall with Tupperware to bring as many home as TSA will allow!
These are the real deal, try to get there early so you can experience the pure bliss of the black bean, if you can't make it then I guess you will have to settle for the equally wonderful chicken! Bring cash you are going to need it to buy them
