Oasis Lounge - Fairbanks

This restaurant was definitely a great choice. Our waitress, Christa, was incredibly upfront and honest with us, which we appreciated. Her recommendations were spot on. The fried cheese curds were outstanding, and the Philly cheesesteak was packed with flavor. We also enjoyed the pretzel with beer cheese. It was a fantastic way to wrap up our trip to Alaska!

I'm so glad I decided to visit this restaurant! My server, Savanah, was absolutely delightful and received excellent reviews. The kartoffelpuffer were fantastic, the healed melt was to die for, and the coleslaw was the best I've ever had! I even had to take some extra to go. I will definitely return if I'm ever in Fairbanks again.

Update: I came in for breakfast at 1:30 PM (they stop serving breakfast at 2 PM) and managed to grab a spot at the bar, even though I don't drink alcohol. I loved how the bartender and waiter synced up with the jukebox. They brewed me a fresh pot of strong coffee using locally roasted beans. I'm really enjoying the food and good vibes here. I felt so welcomed, and it's a fun place to experience authentic Alaskan hospitality. Another update: The salads are amazing, the chili has a nice kick, and all the breakfast dishes are delicious!

Amazing breakfast meal is what I had here! so delicious. I come back every day. it's such a lively place in the morning, but I went with a budding friend and the staff was so friendly. would definitely recommend. I'll go back.

Delicious food and good service! Ordered The Works with curly fries. Highly recommended!
