Gallo's - Fairbanks

The customer service was excellent, the food was good, and the atmosphere was lively. The chips and salsa are fantastic, and there’s a wide selection of drink options. I highly recommend the chicken chips and the fajitas.

The soup and fajitas were fantastic! I've never had a bad meal at Gallos, and this one was exceptional. The service is consistently great, and our food arrived quickly.

Wow! That was truly the best enchilada I've ever tasted—the Spinach Enchilada to be exact! They drizzled their special sauce on top, and it was simply delicious! I also tried the Halibut Taco, which was equally tasty! I snapped a photo after dinner, but the dish looks even more stunning in person than my picture captures.

I was comfortable, warm and I ordered the special. The people at the bar were obscene, so it was an atmospheric effect on my meal. The special was delicious, the chips were good. Nice service, large interior with comfortable stands. I'll be back soon. This is one of the few places that is really late (11pm) open in Fairbanks. If you watch a game while eating, there are HUGE TVs everywhere.

Food looked delicious but was very bland. Had 2 margaritas. 1 frozen, 1 OTR, both were awful. Flavorless and not enough alcohol.
