Denny's - Fairbanks

Speedy service, not truly 24 hours, seemed short staffed the morning we went in. The food was great and the atmosphere was homey. I tried the strawberry banana smoothie and it was so good, Fresh fruit! The Philly cheese stake sandwich was just okay.

I thought going through the drive-thru would be quicker, but they ended up not seeing my ticket and served the other 2 drivers behind me, before me. Been waiting for my food from 6:56pm until 7:29pm, over 30 minutes in a drive-thru. Drove all the way home and noticed they forgot to add my desert, and can’t get a refund thru the store have to call corporate in Anchorage, which isn’t open

I called in advance the reserve a table for my Autistic son's 30 Birthday party. what a disappointment. we were there 2 hours the waitress showed up twice we had to ask for drinks that took her 15 minutes. by the time we got the bill she said oh don't you want dessert for his birthday we were tired of waiting and we left. ?

There was a long line to get seated. None of the workers there would even try to help or let us know the wait time. They kept looking over at us and doing nothing. Once you got your food, they never checked up on you to see if it was ok. Food was fine. Dennys staff definitely needs to take better care of customers.

Food was cold. When I complained I was accused of abuse . After waiting for a waitress to come back nearly 10 minutes later, to then find 2 waitresses sitting at a booth having a break . And let 's just say that the attitude I received for wanting hot food was unbelievable to say the least. So. I guess I will NEVER return to this restaurant that at one time was one of my child 's most favorite places to eat.
