a group of us had the $14.95 cooking speciality all they can eat buffet. it's not a buffet. they are tellers that are brought out to eat family style; the dishes are the choice of cook. we had pork pliers, maultier enchiladas, tequilas, hühnerfajitas, fried garnelen, chickenerquesadillas made on pita brot and I am sure more. dessert was chocolate cake. it was delicious. we sort of rolled out. it is an excellent value... I visited this facility on a slow Saturday night, I waited a good 10-15 minutes before I was brought a menu and chips and salsa. I've been waiting long before I order. I understand that some restaurants are short-circuited, but I saw 3 server and about 2 tabs occupied, and 3 people at the bar. the extremely long waiting period was not necessary. View all feedback.

We came here 8/22/22 after a cruise. We had just taken a bus from our hotel in Denali and we were dropped off at the Westmark Hotel in Fairbanks at 6pm. We wanted to see Fairbanks!!! We took a little foot tour around town and we stumbled in the door not knowing anything about the area other than we really liked the ALASKA mural on the side of the building. We are super glad we came here!!! Our waiter, Vejan, was very polite and fast, efficient and friendly. He took total ownership of being poorly staffed. Did not complain. In fact I said something about being low staffed and he smiled and said I got this . The meal....best Mexican and best flavor in a long time. We seek out Mexican wherever we go. We 'll remember this place for a while and in fact still talk about it now that we are home in WV USA. Hopefully we can go back someday!!
A group of us enjoyed the all-you-can-eat cooking specialty for $14.95. However, it’s not a traditional buffet; instead, dishes are served family-style. The selection is at the chef’s discretion, and we had a delightful assortment, including pork sliders, beef enchiladas, tequila chicken, chicken fajitas, fried shrimp, and chicken quesadillas served on pita bread. And I’m sure there was even more! For dessert, we had chocolate cake, which was simply delicious. We left feeling quite full! It’s an excellent value and a lot of fun. Everything we tried was great. I’m just being careful about the selection of desserts since I don’t want to spoil the surprise. You definitely won’t regret dining here!
This place is absolutely amazing and offers a comfortable atmosphere. My pozole tasted like it was made by my friend's Mexican mother! The food is beautifully presented, with generous portions that aren't too spicy unless you ask for it. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. The cheerful vibes, nachos, and pozole are definitely must-tries!
One of the coziest hidden gems in all of Fairbanks! It’s even better when you can park right in front! This place has a vibe that feels like Santa Fe in the early '90s combined with a lively disco atmosphere! The chips taste freshly made and are served warm with a mild salsa. The first basket is complimentary, but the next one is $3.50. I ordered the chile relleno, and I must say, this place has been around for about 40 years, but they relocated when the nearby bridge was constructed. The delicious food and cheerful ambiance truly make it a worthwhile visit!
