Contribute Feedback What Mathilde Brunel doesn't like about Burger King:
The server who attended to me was quite inattentive; she tried to complete my order before I had a chance to say anything. I’m sorry to see that she seems unhappy in her job. View all feedback.
I don’t eat much fast food. Typically only consider it when I’m in a rush. The few times I tried it the service was slow, staff was unfriendly and food was cold. Recently it’s been closed. Not sure if it’s for renovations or what because I have seen no signs of life around the building. Maybe it’s going out of business, but you seriously have to try to be bad enough to go out of business in an Army base Burger King. Soldiers would go regardless of poor quality just for lack of options outside the DFAC. On that note, DFAC is better anyway, so I would recommend saving your money before considering this as an option.
The first time I went to eat it was good, the second time that my burgers and pommes were cold and stabbed. I went to the 3rd and last time and asked if they were sure that my burger was fresh and hot and they told me “we put into the microwave”
I've dined here twice, and unfortunately, my experiences were disappointing. The first time, the broth was lukewarm and unappetizing. On my second visit, the sandwich was soggy and scalding hot. The lettuce was wilted and overcooked, as if it had been microwaved, the pickles were also piping hot, and the tomatoes were so hot that it felt like they had just come out of the microwave. I’ve had better meals during my 14 years at various military bases, including Fort Wainwright. It seems like things just keep getting worse.
The service was terrible, the food was cold, and the meat felt like it had been sitting out for hours—it was genuinely cold and wobbly.
