Blue Roof Bistro - Fairbanks

So grateful that a local recommended this place to us. Three of us had dinner there, each of us getting something different, and each meal was amazing! And the french fries! Oh my goodness! They are so good! The best I have ever had! This is the best food we have had in Fairbanks, and we’ve been visiting for almost 2 weeks!

Absolutely delicious food. We got the Smoked Salmon sliders and the Union Chez Burger, both of which were fantastic. The addition of leeks to the burger was a great choice. The atmosphere was also a great escape from the dreary outside we came from.

Their salmon slider and beef and barley soup were amazing. Wife almost cried because this was one of the only places we have been to that accommodated for her dietary needs. 10/10 would recommend!

This restaurant is amazing! We went on the recommendation of an Uber driver. The food was so fresh and delicious. I wish we could go back. If you are in Fairbanks for a land tour, stop here, not the Italian place the tour guides push.

The order was late, I don't know if that's because they were behind at the restaurant. The fries Were sohgy the salmon sliders were fishy. I ordered a Diet Coke and a sprite they gave me 3 sprites.
