Taco Bell - Fair Oaks

I ordered 2 bean burritos with green sauce, but they were missing onions, cheese, and a scoop of ground beef that I paid for. When I got home to eat, I noticed these missing ingredients. Unfortunately, I couldn't drive back to the restaurant because I have a few lights out on my car. While eating, I noticed a strange taste but thought it might be a new green sauce. A few hours later, I started throwing up, had diarrhea, and developed a bad headache. I plan on speaking with a manager to get a refund, and may take further action if necessary. My name is Teresa. I have been to this Taco Bell three times now and it is the worst one in the area. I try to keep my expectations realistic, but each time I have been disappointed. The food has had significantly less filling than other Taco Bells I have visited, with most of it being tortilla. Some items were not heated properly. Additionally, the fountain drinks all have a hint of a bad chemical taste, indicating that the nozzles are not cleaned regularly. Overall, I would not recommend this location.

This was my first time getting takeaway from this restaurant and I was extremely disappointed to find that all the food was rock solid. I couldn't even bite into a single taco or burrito because everything seemed old. I'm concerned that serving old food is not only unsafe but also potentially hazardous to customers' health. I won't be returning to this restaurant in the future. This incident occurred on October 28, 2022, between 11:40pm-12am.

I?d give them a negative if I could. This place always has a broken freeze machine. They made our meal wrong and after driving back to have it corrected they literally made it incorrectly again and the same way they did the first time! Clearly this is ourmistake for trusting that someone knows how to make a simple fast food meal, but track record time and time again has shown usdifferently. There have been other disappointments with the meals they?ve given us like not enough chicken or cheese in thequesadillas, etc. This might be a close location for us, but I think it?s worth the gas to drive to the other Taco Belllocations in the area. Sucks.. but it really shouldn?t be that difficult to make a fast food order. Hoping in the future theycan train their staff to make meals to the same standard other locations seem to have.

Went through the drive though got home to eat my chalupa. I opened up to put some hot sauce in and all it had was a smidgen of meat on each end, some sour cream mixed with 10 pieces of lettuce and baby pinch of cheese. It?s like someone made a good one,then scooped most of the stuff out and wrapped it up. I took a picture but there?s no option to post one. I fear eating itbecause I don?t know what?s been down to it. Awful.
