Raley's - Fair Oaks

I truly cannot stand the parking lot. But I always come to this Pharmacy. The staff is always been incredibly helpful. Chetan, anne, mae and Chrissy always are efficient and friendly.

This Raley's is wonderful, fully wheelchair accessible and plenty of parking. The employees I have interacted with are professional in demeanor, courteous, polite, and very caring of their customers. I read some of the other reviews that talk about higher than normal prices. I just moved here from the Bay area and thought I had gone to discount heaven! I look closely at all produce in the store and have not seen any bad stock on the shelves or coolers. Great job in produce people, it is tricky to know when to take stuff out of rotation for a loss in profit. I cannot tell the difference between Raley's store brands and name brands. I frequently buy both together to do taste comparisons, I will stick with the Raley's brand products. Great job all around you folks, they can keep the Costco's and other big box stores, I will stick with Raley's.

I had the best experience today at Raley’s San Juan. It didn’t start out that way, as I was told a couple of items were not fulfilled. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager on duty. Seth got on the phone and personally went to the stockroom to check for a recent delivery. Voila! He found one of my items and a suitable substitution for the other. On top of that, he personally delivered my grocery order to my car. Thanks Seth and Robin for your stellar customer service. I love ecart!

5 Stars for my homegirl Jen in the Bakery. Customer service was amazing she was very helpful and answered all my questions when I called to order a cake. She made the whole cake buying process a breeze. As a first time cake buyer I give this a 10/10. Jen is 100% my cake plug from here on out!

It's a place I enjoy working at, and the people I work with are fantastic.
