Finn's - Fair Oaks

Itsel the new manager, is great! She has great customer service skills, and she always follows. The complex is quiet, the neighbors are friendly. Parking could be improved. But for what you pay, and the location to the river... it is worth it. It's a cozy place. I would recommend it very much. STATE

I find this place very family friendly and the neighbors are nice. They look out and make this place a safe place to live. It's also quiet on weekends. I recommend this place if you are looking for a clean and quiet place to live.
