Carvel - Fair Lawn

I have to put 1 star to post, wish I can put 0 stars! I will never shop here again! Getting ice cream today and heard the owner/manager screaming at one of his employees! It was disgusting the young man was doing his job fine! If this is how you treat people, I don’t want to support that! I will not support a business that takes advantage of young people/employees. I’ve lived in this town over 30 years! Have never ever encountered anything like this!

I use to love coming here. Until I actually had coffee and vanilla ice cream that was horrible. I complaint about it the next week. The guy said what do you want me to do about its nothing I can do. What he could have done is apologize for it that's it. He literally when on and on about. It he's there we don't go in at all. The mature lady and gentleman are very nice.

Fair Lawn Carvel is dear to my heart. The nice people that own the store are great. I've been coming here for many years. They are always helpful, kind and considerate. Service with a smile really makes a difference. I got a icecream cake that I purchased for my birthday and everyone who ate some loved it.
