I was in this small restaurant at 4 different locations. it's been six years since I had eaten there and unfortunately my experience about four weeks ago was not good. I was there with my family of six, we called and reserved the back because it's like eating in a cave. when we arrived about 10 minutes late, they had given our reservation to another party. that was not a good start. but these things happen, and I wouldn't let this ruin my dinner alone. now they add a party of about 8 unruly children from 13 to 15 years and they have a problem. very loud and would not sit. Finally, the server asked them to settle. that was a few minutes before eating. I swear they have control over the bathroom for about 45 minutes. at least one of them was there constantly. now we're coming to eat. it is definitiv on the hill. everyone has a bad day, and I hope that was just a bad day for them. the only problem was that I ran over this place for many years and after I brought my son to that place last month, he turned to me and said really vague. they can not even easily compare this with what we serve in our restaurant. he was right. a note to the owners, please do not lose what they have built. pay attention to details. We were hungry on Sunday in faicchio, we had the chance to find a table in ristoro del borgo. the front rooms were quite busy, but we took a table near the wall of the cave and ate standard-tarife...fully prepared, but service... for all in the dining room was obviously missing. grilled vegetables were fresh and well fed. mushrooms tasty and toothy. both our pasta selection and the shimmered bean dish were very salted... acceptable, but both primi arrived at our table-lauwarm. once again a reflexion of the waiting between the curses, the other tabs either very applied and complain or simply jump to find the clustered and then disinterested server. sad that they were obviously understated, like we four - from our six plates. (our two secondo plates mixed grill and agnello were good, if only a bit gristal even after they cleared our secondo plates, we have waited very patiently (even after all the others had left the area where we were for our server to ask if we wanted dolce, cafe or amaro. after 40 minutes, when it was obvious that we were forgotten, my man went into the back room and found someone who rings our bill. a lot of luck for those who want to try again!

That is a fantastic little restaurant. it lies directly opposite the castillo ducal. when they go in, it's like a walk in a cave with tables. there are small rooms cut into this hill. the eating pasta is all made home and wonderful...prepared the hot and cold antipasto is always fresh. I can only say that I have hunger.
