Good pizza, the one with two cooking times a little less. Even though we had a reservation, we waited more than an hour outside the restaurant. Delicious pizza, one of our favourites. However, it's a shame about the waiting times which have become increasingly longer, we are at least over 30/40 minutes, just to sit down... Rather than thinking of making tons of money, BLOCK YOUR RESERVATIONS once you reach the maximum number. Or simply don't take reservations if you can't handle them, because in 2024 service is as important as what you eat... RE: I'm sorry but 45 minutes just to sit also causes discomfort for the customer (and also makes them feel hungry) if I have booked I want to sit for that hour, I can understand 10 minutes, but not 45. And there were people with reservations at 9.30pm and at 11.00pm they were still outside waiting to enter. Unfortunately it's not the first time, we came 4-5 times and punctually there is always a reason which according to you is never caused by you, so I'm not talking about coincidence, you have to take your own responsibilities and improve where there are the shortcomings (since it is clear that they exist). As for Saturday evening, I assure you that there are pizzerias that manage to keep to the opening hours even when they are full and on a Saturday evening. Greetings Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The only positive note was the brunette waitress with the braid (I don't remember her name), really very kind. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
