Sincerely I booked in this facility only because I had found nothing to bandit, my main destination in the Umbrian weekend I had scheduled, but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed because it was all perfect. excellent value for money, owner available and kind, room and rooms well maintained and clean and breakfast is superb. you will find homemade cookies and tarts, with jams made by their fresh fruit and fruit directly from their trees. to return

We booked by chance, having not had any other availability elsewhere, to give us a Umbrian weekend and could not happen better. the delicious owner is always present and available. he welcomed us in a very beautiful way and could recommend us both for dinners and for excursions. very nice and clean rooms, you sleep in absolute peace and you breathe pure air. also has a nice pool. But...the most beautiful moment is breakfast, abundant, with fruit of their trees and homemade desserts. superb cookies and tarts made with jams prepared with the fruit of the property. excellent price
