Albergo Bracco - FABBRICA CURONE

Sunday, May 28, after almost two years of rest we returned to the bracco restaurant at the curone factory in the hamlet of montecapraro. It is a restaurant like those of once starting from the beautiful tablecloth and to the attention for each customer. but we also talk about the cuisine that every time is confirmed of high level and of excellent quality. courses are many and abundant, you are at the table with pleasure even a couple of hours, but the beauty is that you do not notice why the times of the service are managed to perfection. each has its gorges, for me the upper part is represented by the magatello to porcini mushrooms among the appetizers, among the first the ravioli of lean to the sauce of nuts and almonds. for my wife, the most is the Bavarian according to her as the owner does not. and dulcis in fundo, to frame a beautiful nature still untouched. We look forward to coming back.

You do well and live better. It's all contained here in these few words. Excellent cuisine, starting from the meats, the bresaola with mushrooms that melts in the mouth, and then the arista with delicate green sauce, the first, the second.... and the desserts? Vanilla Bavarian and hazelnut cake so I sold out adjectives. You feel at home, it'll be for the room a little '70s, it'll be for the courtesy of the owners you need at the table, it'll be... I don't know what else, but it comes out really satisfied, with a really enviable quality/price ratio. We'll be back in the fall, I promise!
