Because I was pregnant, I asked to eat a lunch on the spot, as I was eating very little due to nausea and it wouldn't be worth it to pay the price for all-you-can-eat food. My husband and brother-in-law would have lunch there and pay the price to eat as much as they wanted. They would already occupy the table, but even so, they wouldn't let me sit at the table with them because I was a lunchbox. There would be no harm to the restaurant in making this exception, since, as I said, my husband and brother-in-law would already be occupying a table there. I found him inflexible and not very polite. It's a shame, because I always speak highly of Minas Gerais service, but in this case it was disappointing.
