The service at this restaurant is excellent! Harjith Singh and the rest of the staff are friendly and polite. They offer a variety of meats and will cut it according to your preferences. I highly recommend trying their chicken seekh kabab, samosas, and puris – they are delicious!

After years of personal growth and cultural exploration, I must retract my previous one-star review of Shagun Palace. I sincerely apologize for my ignorance and misconceptions about authentic cultural cuisine at the time of writing that review. Coming from a rural area in NEPA, my understanding of such meals was limited. However, as I have traveled the world, learned new languages, and met wonderful people, my perspective has evolved. I have since revisited Shagun Palace multiple times and have always had a fantastic experience, with the staff being incredibly kind. I will keep my original review below as a reminder of my growth and humility. My advice to others before posting negative reviews is to consider if they have a true understanding of the cuisine and culture in question. As for my initial complaint about the chicken curry, I now realize that my perception was skewed and inaccurate. The dish was not as I described, and I regret my harsh criticism. I acknowledge my mistake and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Shagun Palace provides delicious meals, and I have enjoyed their food on subsequent visits. Thank you for your understanding.
