Vegan Bowl Factory - EXTON

I placed an order through Grubhub from this “restaurant” and chose to pick it up when it was ready. However, when we arrived at the address, we found no signs indicating that a place called “Vegan Bowl Factory” existed there. I called to confirm we were at the right location, as the address led us to a grocery store. It turns out the actual restaurant is named Shagun Palace, but they were operating under the name Vegan Bowl Factory. Once we finally received our food, I must say it was delicious. The portion sizes were generous and the flavors were outstanding. I just wish I had known the real name of the place when I ordered! It would be great if they could be more transparent about the actual identity of the restaurant.

Aside from the unexpected presence of bone fragments in the food and the mismatch between the pictures and the actual dishes, my experience was just okay. To be honest, I'm puzzled by how they can include animal bones in their offerings and still be labeled as vegan. I'm not certain this aligns with vegan standards. However, if you enjoy a little mystery with your vegan meals, I would recommend this place.

They absolutely love this place! Don’t be deterred by the lack of a 5-star rating. Be sure to try the flower cabbage potato bowl; they can’t wait to order it again soon!

Wow, really enjoyed the tasty food from the Exton Vegan Bowl Factory! It was delicious and a real treat hot, fresh food with generous portion sizes that anyone will enjoy, vegan or non vegan. It looks like some of the negative reviews below are for the wrong location. Our experience was flawless and we will be ordering again soon!
