I haven't even gotten my food yet and need to give a rating. Their service is incredibly slow for only 10 people in the restaurant. It's been 20 minutes already! They're out of things like white bread. The employees are just casually talking to each other like their not behind on orders.This place used to be good but now it's overpriced and the options are disappointing from where they started.
Always a wonderful experience! The atmosphere is always a wonderful mix of young and seniors and cultures. Everyone loves Panera! Kid-friendliness: Kids just love the atmosphere and by the smiles, they love the food too!
Warm friendly place. I just go there to study. No one bothers me. I will have to try the food one day!!
Patrick is the best employee at Panera. He makes my daughter feel at home. She asks if she can go see him every time we pass the restaurant. Great hire Panera!
(Older) Woman working front counter was incredibly rude and short. I?m soooo sorry to have bothered you by asking for help with a delivery order that wasn?t on the rapid pickup shelf. Perhaps customer service isn?t where you shine the brightest just myopinion.
