This familiar McDonald’s serves expected fast-food staples—hot, fresh burgers, reliable breakfasts and strong sodas—in a clean, pleasant dining room. Service is inconsistent: some staff are professional, attentive and accommodating, while drive-thru interactions can be terse or slow, and self-order menu boards confuse newcomers. Patrons report occasional dining-room closures and limited menu availability. Overall it’s a solid spot for a quick, consistent meal if you accept occasional hiccups in staffing, speed and communication.
Ordering was quick and efficient and the associates I interacted with were pleasant and professional. The dining room provided a pleasant and clean environment. My food was prepared as ordered, served at the appropriate temperature and tasted all right, butthe buns were a little hard and dry.
They take you out of the line in the drive through, serve other customers and make you wait 10 -15 minutes in the parking lot. What's the meaning in having drive through?
We were stuck in traffic for over an hour. When we got here the dining room was closed, however, the man working the drive thru wondo said we could use the bathroom and pick up our food nsidr. It was incredibly kind of him to unlock the door and allow usto come in.
It was different. It took a while to figure out it was a menu board ordering system only. It also took almost 5 minutes of standing there trying to get someone's attention before a worker pointed to the ordering menu board. They never spoke, onlypointed in passing. For people not familiar with that system it was not a pleasant experience. Food was McDonalds food, the sameas everywhere else, it was hot and fresh but that didn't make up for the poor service trying to get it!
Was good for a McDonald's. All self-order screens. Service was lightning fast. I was shocked. Got Large Fries and a Double-Cheese.
