Bad service, terrible people in the drive thru.a lady name starts with T has gave me 3 egg and cheese wrap and all were burned and she wanted me to pay again for fresh ones.she refused to take them back or placed a new fresh order for us. And no manager was there at that time. Will never go to that location ever.

Many of the staff recognize my usual order and often have it prepared by the time I reach the front of the line, just from seeing me walk in. I've noticed them do the same for some of my coworkers as well. In a fast-paced world, this level of service shows that they truly care. I'd go out of my way to support this Dunkin' location.

I visited this store yesterday with a coupon I received in the mail for a free donut. The person at the drive-thru wasn't very friendly. I requested a plain donut, but he handed me a stale, unappetizing brown one that looked like it was from the day before. I don't understand why they send out coupons if they're not willing to honor them properly. I definitely won't be going back again.
