If you value enjoying a stress-free wedding day and can empathize with the frustration my fiancé has experienced due to their negligence, I suggest dining somewhere else. For the gentlemen, witnessing the woman you love cry due to someone's lack of consideration can be heart-wrenching. I would recommend checking out places like the Dilworthtown Inn or Vicker’s Tavern instead. Ultimately, the Duling-Kurtz House doesn’t seem to value its customers and this shortsightedness is surprising for a relatively young establishment.

For at least 30 minutes after our arrival, no one was being seated, while a steady stream of new diners continued to arrive. The waiting area was overcrowded with frustrated Valentine's Day couples—definitely not the romantic atmosphere we were hoping for! Both the valet and the maitre d' were rude and showed no remorse for the situation. After finally being seated, we endured another 20-minute wait before even seeing our waitress. I ordered my steak medium well, but it came out so undercooked in the middle that I couldn't finish it. Given the long wait, I decided against sending it back. On a positive note, when we did see our waitress, she was friendly and offered us a complimentary dessert. However, she actually advised us not to visit on holidays due to the poor service. At this point, we’ve decided we won’t be returning at all!

There is a diverse selection of meats and seafood, along with enticing daily specials. The charming facility adds to the overall appeal. The food is excellently prepared, and the wine list is quite appealing as well.
