The restaurant provides great food and service in a convenient location. However, I only rate it two stars due to a serious safety issue. Customers often use the exit as an entrance, creating a dangerous situation. Despite the problem being brought to the attention of the store manager, it has not been properly addressed. The signs meant to direct traffic are placed too high for drivers from Eagleview Blvd to see, making the situation worse. This not only disrupts the flow of the drive-through but also puts those entering the parking lot at risk. Despite multiple complaints, no action has been taken to fix the issue.
CLOSED FOR 3 inches of snow!!!! Come on!! Ok so after a long day of plowing snow I tell my family I’m stopping by Chic fil a it’s our favorite fast food. Well 7pm on a Friday and it’s CLOSED!!!! We had 3 inches of snow not 6-12 or more 3 inches of snow and it’s closed. Just a sign of the times I guess.I hope it was closed for some other reason because we love the food. But I can’t support a store closing for a little bit of snow.
My daughter and I went to this restaurant for dinner after school today. Unfortunately, the food was awful. They must have changed the recipe and the type of buns they use. I wasted $21 just for the food to end up in the trash. To make matters worse, both of us have been sick since eating there. It's disappointing that they decided to make these changes. We will not be returning again.
