Ricks Sports Grill - Export

We recently hosted a party in the party room at Rick's. This was our third time holding an event at the restaurant, and unfortunately, the service this time was lacking. In the past, we had a dedicated server who took care of our large party. However, this time our server had other tables and the bar to attend to. She mentioned that they had to call in another server and that there was a mess in the dining room. The party room was also quite cold, causing some guests to leave early. We were not provided with remotes to turn on the TVs, and it took a long time for our food to be served. The dishes were brought out as they were ready, but the fries and onion rings ended up getting cold as we waited for the pizza and hoagies to be ready. We were informed that the pizza ovens were not working properly, leading to delays. Additionally, our second order of hoagies was missed by the kitchen. Despite these issues, the food itself was quite good. When we brought our own cake, we had trouble finding the server, so we had to retrieve plates from the bar and dining room ourselves. Due to the overall poor service experience, we have decided not to host parties at Rick's in the future.

Originally, we had planned to spend the day at Keystone Raceway Park in New Alexandria, PA. However, due to weather conditions, we ended up at a charming spot called Ricks Sports Bar Grill. The establishment was equipped with TVs throughout, seating for approximately 30 people at the bar, and room for around 100 diners in the dining area. There was even a small game room for children. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Ricks Sports Bar Grill will now be a regular addition to my list of favorite spots. Thank you for turning our disappointing outing into a fantastic afternoon/evening, Ricks Sports Bar Grill.
