We have been to this restaurant five times in the past few years, and each time has been consistently disappointing. The food was unremarkable, the floors were littered with shoes, and the table had not been properly cleaned by the previous guests. The younger servers seemed more interested in their phones than in attending to customers. Overall, the experience lacked any sort of charm or appeal. View all feedback.
We had driven by Rick's so many times and never stopped in. We are so glad that we finally did. Our server Michelle was exceptional, the food was excellent, and there was an astonishing variety of beers on tap. This easily became one of our new favorite places.
Amy was great! There were a couple of mishaps (not her fault at all) and she handled everything quickly so that our visit to Rick's was a great experience.
We loved the food and the arcade at this restaurant. It was very kid-friendly with a great selection of games for children.
Came to Rick’s with a large group of us. At first, we couldn’t be accommodated until the hostess came back to tell us that someone was staying past their shift to be able to serve us. “Crazy hat lady” was fantastic and did a great job at serving our large group. New to the area so we tried to understand our go to places. However, unlikely we go back. It looks like it is a very popular place, plenty of parking, many people on Saturday evening. Got wings but I definitely had better in other places. The potato side was very tasty and margarita was good Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
