Staff were pleasant but needed prompting for menus and wheelchair assistance. Food was over half hour wait and bowl of chips lukewarm like they’d been under a heater for some time. Not a great experience overall. Views great. Room and cleanliness good.

It's a shame that when you book a table for 12 that couples have to go to the bar independently and order separately and all the food cones out separately and s... read more It's a shame that when you book a table for 12 that couples have to go to the bar independently and order separately and all the food cones out separately and some had finished before others had received their food. The chicken on my chicken salad was dry and overcooked. My wife ordered jacket potato but they had run out. Really?!! The floor was covered in chips and crayons. Staff were pkeasant enough. We won't be going back.
