The service was extremely slow, with workers moving at a snail's pace. The girl taking my order was inefficient and made mistakes. My order was wrong not once, but twice - first, she forgot my smoothie and then got my burger completely wrong. This kind of service is unacceptable. I will definitely be visiting A&W or Wendy's the next time I'm in Exeter. Needless to say, I won't be returning to McDonald's on Main St N.

Well we have tried it twic... read more We don't do a lot of eating out anymore, however when McDonald's brought out a Fish and Chips meal on their menu we needed to try it. Well we have tried it twice and enjoyed it quite a lot. The 2nd time was because we needed to have something quick before a volunteer meeting. Being as this McDonald's is close to home we knew that the service would be great and the place would be clean and quick. The people who are running this location are very friendly. We trust that we will enjoy whatever we try there and that we will meet other people we know because they feel it is a great place to hang out with friends.

This is not the first time this has happened with this restaurant. About 4 out of 5 times, something is always missing and it seems like they don't care.

Slow service, we waited a half hour to get served up. The people in line kept waiting because they kept serving all the orders from the kiosk machine first. The... read more Slow service, we waited a half hour to get served up. The people in line kept waiting because they kept serving all the orders from the kiosk machine first. There is no place to line up so it’s completely chaotic. The place is way too small for the amount of people that go through there. They kept messing up everyone’s order as I watch from my seat. The bathroom was disgusting with pee all over the seats. Food is what you expect. They need a new manager. This place is frustrating and I’ve been here several times, same results.
