Went a while ago and this guy named Joseph helped me out. He was super nice and very professional made it a good experience overall, haven't been in since the remodel but it looks super great and that dude helped give see brownie points to the overall atmosphere. The young lady was very rude when I requested bananenpfeffern, she only gave me three. When I asked for more, she said they were not from there. I used to work at another Subway, so I will not be returning here. View all feedback.
I wish I could give a 0. older ladies with glasses is unwilling and has terrible customer service and maintenance. worst subway in the city never come back I prefer the extra mile for better service.
Absolutely love this place! Never had a bad experience here. I come all the way from Visalia on my hour lunch to eat here. Their food is always fresh their lobby is always clean. Their staff is very polite friendly, great customer service! I’ve come during both day night shift the environment is just always on point. Keep up the great job exeter subway employees! You deserve a raise, especially for having to deal with plenty of RUDE customers (which I have experienced while eating there) <3
Seen a guy walking to the back with handgun bags they were talking about ammo. Very unprofessional.PS: Also I seen a rat going across the lobby. Very Disgusting.
The person behind the counter was incompetent. She stuck vinegar and oil on my sandwich when I didn't ask for it. If you're not sure what the customer wanted maybe you should ask before you do it.
The personal was rudely rude, not only for me, but for another. they had terrible attitudes and did not speak with ease or ease. we bought 5 sandwiches and would like to be treated better. they need customer service training. asap.
