The food was good as always, but recently their customer service is missing. When I picked up my food, I was pleasant and asked how the day of the ticket went, she ignored me and rang my order. I paid for my order and when I said have a good afternoon, she ignored me again and left. I'm just gonna eat here because it's the only Chinese food compound in town. View all feedback.
Everything we ordered was delicious. Staff was very friendly and friendly A large inexpensive place to eat in Excelsior Springs. We'll be back.
The food was delicious! Customer service was EXCELLENT! Ordered drinks immediately, food not long after, but it did not take very long for us to get our food.
Hunan has great food and they are fast. Loves the Neptune's Delight.

Pleasantly surprised. Very fast and very fresh. Little pricey but plenty of food for two meals. We all had left overs.
