They ask me to... read more All I wanted was a chalupa and nachos fries. I ordered a Nacho fries deluxe box and patiently waiting to get what I ordered at the drive through. They ask me to wait in the front due to their busy schedule. 10-15 minutes pass and I went inside to see whatis the hold up?.there was NO NACHOS FRIES NO CHALUPA?apparently the machine wasn?t working. What frustrates me is the fact thatthey didn?t notify us at the drive thru that they?re currently out of order for Chalupas and fries. I even paid for a deluxe boxthat I did not get. That is not how you do business at all. If something on the menu is out of order or no longer available, thecustomers should be notified before ordering and PAYING. They even forgot my drink and didn?t even provide me the correctreplacements that they said they were going to give me. This is unacceptable and they need to work on their professionalism andcustomer service. God Bless
