Order pay online. Order ready 1st thing in the AM. Hot and fresh pretzel trays with choice of dips. Been there 2 times and had the same experience. Prices OK. Plenty of parking. Clean.
I experienced outstanding customer service at this restaurant. I went in to buy pretzel nuggets, and the manager noticed that the pretzels weren't as soft as they should be. Instead of just selling them to me, he made me a fresh batch. This level of care is rare, as most places would have simply sold the old ones. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming as well. Now, whenever I crave a pretzel, I know exactly where to go!

Absolutely the worst service! I greeted the server first, and she didn't even acknowledge me. She looked at me as if I were crazy and seemed to be in a terrible mood. I tried to overlook it. When I requested 50 pretzels divided into 5 small paper bags for different customers, she responded with a terrible attitude about charging me for the bags. I was shocked! I calmly said, “Are you kidding me? I’m bringing you business!” Even my son agreed with me, and I ended up walking out. I will never buy from them again—this was the worst experience. I've visited Philly pretzels all over the state, and I have never encountered such an unhappy person behind the counter.
